Grades A & B
Broken Cinnamon
Clean broken bark from Grade-A and Grade-B base cinnamon — the workhorse grades for grinding, extraction, and spice blends. KABC numbers show volatile-oil (VO) content: the higher the number, the stronger the flavor and aroma per kilogram. KBBC is also available in an EU spec compliant with EU pesticide residue limits (MRLs).

Whole & Cut Sticks
Premium quills with strong aroma and uniform color. VAA and VA cuts (6–8 cm, Ø approx. 1–1.3 cm — larger diameters on request) are a reliable line for retail and foodservice. Whole and uncut sticks are premium presentation grades and are very limited.

Reading the numbers
Volatile-oil (VO) content is the key quality indicator for cassia — it tracks aroma and flavor strength per kilogram. KABC grades are specified at 2.25%, 2.50%, and 2.75% VO; KBBC 2.0 is the Grade-B counterpart.
